Nick Herbert is MP for Arundel and South Downs, having been first elected in 2005. Since his election Nick's skills have earned him a meteoric rise. In December 2005 David Cameron appointed him Shadow Minister for Police Reform. In July 2007 he became Shadow Secretary of State for Justice and in January 2009 was appointed as Shadow Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
